As someone who has been involved in construction management, as well as investing in and representing real estate transactions, I understand the demands and diversity of the real estate industry. I began building residential and commercial developments in 2003 as a Union Carpenter in Tacoma, Washington. Over the years I began investing in real estate independently while managing construction projects as a foreman. Eventually, I began representing others as a REALTOR. I graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington with a degree in Business Management and continue to develop expertise in real estate, business, and economics. I apply years experience representing buyers and sellers as well as business management and negotiation expertise to every transaction.
